Dress to Distress :: Lookbook Store Review

Floral jumper c/o Lookbook Store · leather shorts from H&M · Topshop boots

So excited to be showing you guys this collaboration with Lookbook Store! The team very kindly sent me a couple of items to style, of which this distressed floral jumper is my favourite as you all know how much I love floral print on a dark background as also seen here. The added distress gives character and the unexpectedness typically prompts conversation along the lines of "did you purposely rip your jumper?" Anyway, Lookbook Store have a fantastic collection on their site that is always on trend so I'd definitely recommend you have a browse!

Floral Flow

Kimono c/o Oasap · cardigan from American Apparel · boots from Topshop
Feeling rather akin to a butterfly in this beautiful kimono (they still creep me out though), thank you to Oasap for this lovely cover-up. I had to layer black underneath because otherwise I start to suffer from withdrawal symptoms.

Post-summer Pastel

Wearing hat c/o Oasap · cropped shirt from Missguided · Motel shorts
Pastel on pastel, one of my favourite colour palettes whenever I feel like venturing out of the black and white monochrome zone (yes that's a real thing, just take a look at my past outfits). I love the delicate lilac of this sheer shirt and the cropped length paired with this pair of high waisted shorts from Motel Rocks works to elongate my legs. There's a general consensus that September came around much quicker than anticipated but surprisingly it's still mild enough in London for iced lattes - is it just me or do drinks taste better in mason jars?
