Putting aside all black for the other end of the spectrum today. I love the minimalism and super chic simplicity of an all white outfit, but I also can't resist adding a small degree of interest to any look and this white dress with a single rose printed on the front from Front Row Shop does exactly the trick. As the dress is quite form fitting and formal in my books, I pulled on this chiffon skirt over the top for a chilled out summer look. What do you think? Practicing the art of layering in the middle of summer because the weather is as fickle as I am. Huge thanks for Oasap for this beautiful floral top, the double layering and chiffon cascades wonderfully and is perfect for what I'm sure will be a sweltering hot stay in Venice. Let's Get Waisted

I'm the kinda nerd that loves a play on word from time to time, I also love tying a flannel around my waist because I dig that laid back vibe. Although London is humid and muggy as ever in the summer, we're still in the awkward transitional phase and experiencing the odd heavy rain shower throughout the day (talk about bipolar), so an easily transportable other layer of clothing is a must.

We've only 2 more weeks left of June and I'm the busiest I've ever been! Aside from the usual daily grind: birthday celebrations, reunions with friends I've not seen in years, wedding parties, gatherings and graduations are what's ahead of me as we enter the latter half of the month. No doubt a cup of coffee will be perpetually attached to my hand. Let me know what you're up to!

Spent what must have been the warmest day of summer so far sightseeing and coffee-drinking with two of my favourite people. If you've yet to find your holy grail SPF makeup base (I'm talking about myself) then a hat is absolutely imperative when out in the sun all day, this wide brimmed fedora from Oasap ticks all the boxes for a practical, chic and affordable piece to deflect those UV rays from your face. London is glorious in the sun~

Every so often I'll drift back into the comfort of wearing all black and in the interests of comfort, plonking sneakers on my feet mean I can walk for miles and miles without an utter of complaint. I'm really enjoying seeing more and more fashion bloggers juxtaposing sneakers/trainers with feminine dresses and silhouettes, but sometimes complete commitment to a boyish, casual look is just as sartorially satisfying. 

To complete my outfit, the lovely Firmoo team sent me these full frame sunglasses to try on for size.
