Blossom is currently in full bloom it's only right to capture some photos in front of a beautiful snowy pink backdrop. I'm absolutely geared up for Spring with these chunky sandals and I have Hayley and the Linzi team to thank! As soon as I set my eyes on these bad boys at the Linzi press day I couldn't get them out of my mind! I've kept this look monochrome so as not to sway attention from these platform shoes, may my shoe mantra forever be "the chunkier the better".

Keeping up the layers in an unseasonal autumnal outfit because London, as usual, will be one of the last places to feel the warmth of Spring. That coupled with catching the office cold means I'm giving the faux fur some love. I also swung by Wright Brothers Soho during happy hour for an oyster fix and to reminise about Venice over an aperol spritz.

Back on that black and white hype because sometimes, less is more. London has thoroughly enjoyed a fair dosage of sun this week, so much so that I've braved exposing my ankles - I can tell you that this for me is a very bold move, and one that means Spring is so very near!

ps. After about 8 years I've gone for a drastic chop, shorter hair is so liberating!

This week was definitely 'one of those weeks'. Work is really picking up and it's getting all too frequent that I catch myself thinking/mildly fretting about work outside of the office. There's a real challenge with keeping work at work and to avoid letting it take over your life because you'll end up neglecting people and things much more important. How do you guys unwind? Your advice would be very welcome!

I've kept my outfit above focused on a pair of striped shorts by combining this loud pattern with muted and neutral pieces. Instant statement look! They remind me of pjs and in my books, that's not a bad thing.
