For all fellow worriers, falling too deep into anxiety will both physiologically and psychologically cripple you. Learn to approach everything with an open heart and an open mind, aim to be content and grateful for the things you do have rather than striving for the things you don't. Just something I'm hopefully coming more and more to terms with each passing day. (secretly hoping someone will make the subtle link between the seascape and the above quote).
